Imagine a room filled with a delicious aroma of the smoky, saltiness of bacon mixed with some sweetly smooth vanilla and caramel notes in the nose of your favorite bourbon… Follow those scents to the Bourbon & Bacon Social at the Schuster Center!

Come take a stroll through the wonderful Wintergarden while sipping some of the over 40 specialty bourbons and bourbon-aged products from local and large distilleries and wineries. We will be featuring bourbons from Kentucky to California, as well as liquors and wines aged in bourbon barrels.

Whether you are a bacon enthusiast or bacon connoisseur, you will be delighted with Chef Matt DeAngelo's creative bourbon-bacon based cuisine. Featuring house-candied bacon bundles (a crowd favorite), decadent chocolate bacon cupcakes, and more to enhance your bourbon and bacon experience.

Citilites Unwind is a collection of eclectic events celebrating food, drink, and fun -- all designed to help you "unwind" from your daytime activities. Must be 21 or older to attend. Please drink responsibly.
